Body

The body as a vessel, allows interpretation based on the viewer. The naked body continues to elude the mind using different qualities such as skin type, scars, tattoos and other bodily traits. However, the depiction of the body has become invasive and a lot more personal through advertising and an idealistic view on what the body should look like in order to be deemed "beautiful". Much controversy is centred around the naked body and how it should and shouldn't be photographed particularly in females. The female body is now seen as pervasive and is focused rather on the sexual reaction than the natural body itself.
